searched for every imaginable values in 0winceos.bin and bio2dc.exe

Did not ds anything because i think the the ROOMCUT.BIx files are dummy tracks (they have no differences), so made the .bi2 and .bi3 files 0 in size and changed all references to them in bio2dc.exe to roomcut.bin with a hexeditor.
